SENIOR THERAPIST FULL/PART TIME – Starting August 2010

Neroli consists of a team of 9 friendly and highly professional therapists of varying levels of experience, age and cultural background, we are currently looking for a new addition to join us from August. We offer a competitive base salary plus targeted related commission on treatments and retail sales, plus annual performance related bonuses for the right applicant alongside 28 days pro-rata paid holiday. Hours will be 35 to 40 hours per week for full time and will include a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month (generally we alternate). Part time hours are 15-25 per week including weekends.
We are looking for a therapist with immaculate personal presentation and client care skills who is fluent in English language and holds a valid work permit. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 12 months. In addition you will need:
- To hold a CIBTAC/CIDESCO, ITEC or NVQ Level 3 Certificate or equivalent to include full body massage with a minimum of 2 years post college experience within a busy salon or spa
- Have excellent nail painting skills, including French polish
- Quick and thorough in waxing Brazilian & Hollywood is a MUST, Hot wax experience would be advantageous
- Have an interest in Natural and Organic skincare be confident in skin analysis and homecare recommendations along with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to retailing
- Ideally live within 45 minutes travel to Honor Oak Park. Free local parking

Part Time Massage Therapist – Starting August 2010
We are looking for a part-time complementary therapist to cover 1 to 2 shifts per week. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years Salon/Clinic experience and be confident in homecare recommendations and referrals. You must be fully qualified in Full Body Massage (Swedish/Therapeutic) and hold valid insurance that covers massage during pregnancy. You must also be fully qualified in 2 or more of the following therapies:
- Reflexology
- Indian Head Massage
- Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage
- Sports Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
You should recognise the importance of retailing within your role and be prepared to work towards targets set by your Manager. You must be fluent in both spoken and written English with a valid UK work permit.
Available Shifts are: Monday 2:30-7pm (additional shifts will be set on a monthly basis
Salary is on a competitive commission basis on treatments and retail sales.
