Optimum nutrition - the path to good health
Nutritional therapy works to establish the underlying causes of a condition, rather than just dealing with particular symptoms, and aims to treat the whole person by looking at which systems of the body are out of balance. Individual advice regarding diet and supplements is given with regard to each person’s unique make up, taking into account family medical history, current diet, health problems, lifestyle, and past medical history
At Neroli we take a natural holistic approach to all our treatments, we understand that in order to look good on the outside you need to be feeling pretty good on the inside. Stress is one of the main dis-eases that 21st century living has given us, it can cause muscle fatigue and tension, headaches, insomnia, digestive disorders, lethargy, weight loss, weight gain, skin conditions, heart disease and hormonal imbalances. Stress used to be reserved for the Elite fast paced business executive but, is in varying degrees, now a fact of life for all of us. Juggling motherhood (or fatherhood) with working, school runs, and meals on the run, means that sometimes our eating habits suffer. Combine this with the diminished nutrients available from our food because it has been grown in depleted soils, and the increasing consumption of microwaveable ready meals, take outs and heavily refined foods, resulting in many of us being more nutritionally challenged than ever before.
