Deep Tissue Massage
Focusing on areas of chronic muscle tension using slow strokes and direct deep pressure across the grain of the muscles. Deep tissue techniques help to break up and eliminate scar tissue and deep rooted knots. It is common to feel some soreness during and for a couple of days after the massage. Tropical Stone Ritual
This relaxing ritual commences with a dry body brush to gently exfoliate the skin and increase circulation. Warmed stones are then placed on the body and are used to massage in your personal favourite of our Pure Fiji nourishing exotic body oils. The heat and natural healing properties of the stones release tension, restore balance and increase positive energy flow.
Pregnancy Massage
A very special treatment for a very special time. Whatever your stage, shape or size we have the bolsters, pillows and wedges to support you and ensure your total comfort and relaxation throughout your treatment. We also have a special mattress that has a hole for your bump allowing you to lay on your front right up to your due date! Suitable for pregnant ladies of 12 weeks +.
