Electrolysis
Permanent method of hair removal using the ‘Blend Method’ of electrolysis which combines both galvanic and short wave diathermy currents. Electrolysis works by passing a small amount of energy into the hair follicle via a very fine needle. This produces heat and a chemical reaction which destroys the cells that produce the hair at the base of the follicle. A course of treatments will be required often on an initial weekly basis due to the fact that hair follicles have 3 specific hair growth cycles, to be effective the follicle needs to be treated in the 1st stage (anagen).
