BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments can be made by telephone by calling 020 8699 9496 or, by visiting our salon. If you need assistance in selecting an appropriate treatment we are more than happy to help.
Please let us know at the time of booking your appointment:
If you suffer from any allergies or medical conditions, this may mean that some treatments are contra indicated in part or in full.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant as some treatments may not be suitable.
All of our team whether they are working on the reception or in the treatment rooms are fully qualified therapists and are able to carry out most preliminary consultations and patch testing that may be required prior to your treatment.

Please...
Respect other clients time for relaxation and turn off cellular phones and pagers before entering the treatment area.
Leave jewellery and other valuables at home. When this is not possible please ensure that you retrieve all your belongings prior to leaving the premises as Neroli cannot take liability for their loss.
As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, please make every effort to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Failure to arrive on time for your appointment may result in the length of your treatment being reduced or classed as cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you therefore please try to give a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment value if an appointment is cancelled giving less than 24 hours notice and that cannot be filled. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment prices.
Appointments of 2 hours or more require 48 hours notice.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
A deposit of 50% of the total treatment fee is required for all package bookings, appointments of 1.5 hours or more and for all group bookings.
CHILDRENS POLICY
As a courtesy to other clients and for health and safety reasons, children cannot accompany parents into the treatment room.
Minors from age 13 can be treated in the salon with a parent or guardian present.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If you like what we do, please tell your friends. A recommendation is the biggest compliment you can pay to a salon and its therapists.

We accept payment by Cash or Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Connect, Solo, Delta)
